Common Questions
To install Framer components:
- For templates and paid components: click the "Remix" link in your Polar purchase email or dashboard to duplicate the project to your Framer account.
- For free components: click "Copy Component" on the listing page, then paste (Cmd+V) directly onto your Framer canvas.
- For code components: copy the code or remix the demo project, then copy the component instance to your project.
If you're having trouble accessing your purchase:
- Check your email for the Polar receipt
- Look for the download access link in the email
- Visit polar.sh/downloads to find your previous purchases
- Check your spam folder for emails from Polar
- Contact support with your order number if you still have issues
Troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you're using the latest version of Framer
- If it's a code component, check for property controls in the sidebar
- Try copying and pasting the component again
- Refresh Framer (Cmd+R) to clear canvas cache
- Contact support with your project details
Digital products are covered by a 14-day conditional refund policy. Refunds are generally available for duplicate purchases, non-delivery, or verified core defects that support cannot resolve.

We provide support for installation, access, and reproducible defects in the purchased product. Our support service levels are:
- Initial response within 2 business days
- Defect triage outcome within 5 business days after required evidence is received
- Status updates every 5 business days for unresolved verified defects
Support generally includes:
- Purchase/access help and remix/install guidance
- Verification of defects against listing behavior
- Bug-fix follow-up for actively supported products
Out of scope:
- Custom implementation or strategy work beyond the purchased deliverable
- Issues caused by your own code changes or unsupported legacy environments
- Third-party outages, plugins, or APIs outside our control
